This is not a theoretical machine learning course. This is an intensive, practical engineering bootcamp focused entirely on building and deploying production AI systems.
Module 1: Foundation Models & Prompt Engineering
- The LLM landscape (API providers vs. Open Weights)
- Advanced prompting techniques (Chain of Thought, ReAct)
- Output parsing and structured generation
Module 2: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases and embedding models
- Chunking strategies and metadata filtering
- Evaluate RAG pipelines (RAGAS framework)
Module 3: Agents & Tool Calling
- Building stateful agents
- Connecting LLMs to external APIs and databases
- Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom loops)
Module 4: Production Deployment & MLOps
- Managing prompt versioning
- Telemetry, tracing, and cost monitoring
- Security, prompt injection, and red-teaming
Who is this for?
This bootcamp is designed for software engineers with at least 1-2 years of programming experience (preferably in Python or TypeScript) who want to transition into the AI engineering space.
Classes start next month. Space is highly limited to ensure a high instructor-to-student ratio.
